Jeff replaced my hail damaged roof and gutters in 2016. He was professional in every aspect.

A quick note to let you know how pleased we both are with the new roof done by Plano Roofing Company. As you know, the first roofer with whom we contracted, took our deposit, had his crew spend 40 minutes on the roof then they all walked off the job.

We had no idea they had ripped off all of the ridge vents exposing the house to rain damage until you went up to give us a quote and told us. Neither of the other two roofing companies we spoke with could get us scheduled until two to three weeks out and rain was in the forecast. You immediately worked with your office to get us scheduled the following week.

Between a two-story, extra steep roof, neighbors with a garden under our roof and over our property line, with a pool very close to the property line and our prior backyard remodel that was in progress, I was very concerned about damage to the landscaping, pools and the new travertine deck.

On the promised morning, your team arrived at 6:45am working until after 9 at night for a couple of days to get us done before the rain. Leo and his crew could not have been more respectful, conscientious or cautious. There was no waste left on-site, no damage to either pool, any of the landscaping or the decks; and the roof looks spectacular! Your fence crew, roof crew and gutter crew were all timely, professional and courteous.

We appreciated your extra effort, personally working with our insurance to ensure that we received supplemental credit above their first estimate which had not included the in-situ 40-year shingles, the ridge vents or the W-valleys, giving us the ability to truly replace the roof with one of “like quality.”

There really is something to be said for a company that promises to be there for the customer, goes to bat with the customer’s insurance to get the replacement value they deserve, shows up when they say they will, has quality and schedule conscious employees who take pride in their work, uses high quality materials and completes the job on schedule! We were so very lucky to have found you and Plano Roofing Company after the fiasco with the other supposedly reputable company that threw us under the bus.
